Special project: RV For Ministry
As many of you know, we communicated in our last prayer letter that we are doing a cross Canada preaching tour during the spring and summer of 2025 for the purpose of preaching the Gospel and encouraging pastors and churches. This has something that we have been praying about since we began the road ministry in 2016.
In order to make this trip, we have made the decision to purchase a motorhome for the ministry. This will be used when needed for local ministry as well. This not only gives us our own space and helps save on hotels and meals, but also takes the burden off churches in providing a place for us to stay. There have been times we have missed the fifth wheel since we have sold it. The fifth wheel was wonderful for us, but the payments strapped us in a big way. Because of this, we believe it would be honoring to the Lord and most effective for ministry if we could make this purchase without financing or loans. God has put us in contact with a Christian couple who have a motorhome that we have committed to purchasing. It is the RV that is pictured on this page. We are putting all that we can financially towards this, but we are also trusting God in a big way to provide.
Please note that the motorhome is being purchased by us for the ministry so we will not be able to issue receipts on donations to the motorhome fund like we do for ministry donations. Any other funds that come in will go towards the registration, insurance and making sure that the motorhome is in top notch condition for the trip.
